RETURNS POLICY
Hey Lovelies, if your purchase isn't making you do a happy dance, no worries!
Please contact us before returning an item by emailing us at shop@vivalamoda.co.nz
Pop it back to us will happily issue a store credit within 7 Business days of receiving your item(s) in store in brand new condition, with the correct packaging and with tags on (shoes in their box, please).
Just a heads-up, we can't cover the postage for returns.
No returns on Jewlery or undergarments.
Use your credit within a year (12 months) on anything but gift certificates at Viva La Moda.
All store credits will be processed and sent via email in a voucher form with a code for you to copy and paste. Please check your junk and spam mail or feel free to contact us.
Remember, we're here if your item's not right, except for sale items all sale items are considered final purchase.

Faulty Returns
Returns will be repaired or replaced (at Viva La Moda’s discretion) on any faulty garments within a reasonable timeframe. If an item is faulty, you may request an exchange for another item, a store credit or a refund if the situation cannot be remedied through the other ways.
We will not replace items that have been damaged by wear and tear.
